Founder
 

Miss Jess is the founder of J.M.Acrobatics. She started dancing at the later age of 13 but fell in love with all it had to offer. She trained under Charles Academy of Dance studying ballet, modern, jazz, tap, musical theatre, contemporary and acrobatics. Having always had a love for dance Miss Jess began her teacher training through the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. She then continued her training through Acrobatic Arts completing her modules 1, 2 and 3 making her the only coach in Devon with this highest qualification. Miss Jess is also trained in Aerial hoop through Acrobatic Arts.​

Acrobatics Coach (Level Primary-Level 5)
 

Miss Caitlin started at J.M.Acrobatics as a student. She advanced through her exam grades reaching her level 8 and currently working towards her Pre professional 1. 
Caitlin completed her teacher training through Acrobatics Arts in July 2024 and achieved a score of 100% proving her outstanding knowledge for Acro.  
Caitlin is a trained fitness instructor and currently working towards her personal trainer qualification.

Coach (Musial theatre, Combo Class, Competition teams)
 

Miss Gemma trained at Italia conti academy of theatre arts in Central London and graduated in 2019 with a diploma in professional musical theatre. Since then she has been on the voice as a background dancer (2017), ensemble in Circus 1903 for BBCs Children in need (2019). Gemma gained her first dance contract in Cyprus in 2020 but was unable to go due to the pandemic. 
Miss Gemma has done her training through Acrobatics Arts and is a qualified module 1 teacher.

Acrobatics Coach (Combo class, Acro level 6+)

Miss Sophie began dancing at the age of 3. During her school years she took lessons in all genres of dance and completed her Intermediate level in ISTD Modern Dance and Advanced foundation RAD ballet.

Sophie trained at the prestigious London Studio Centre. She completed her final year at LSC in 2019, touring with the Jazz Company. 

Sophie is a qualified Personal Trainer, Alixa Flexibility certified and an Acrobatic Arts Module 1 instructor. She is preparing to attend the Acrobatic Arts Module 2 certification and workshop in aerial and back handsprings. Sophie is also undergoing teacher training with the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA).

Coach (Mini Combo class)

Miss Georgia has been dancing since the age of two and has achieved up to her advanced 1 RAD ballet Exams. 
She underwent her training and has recently graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance as a qualified ballet teacher. Miss Georgia has always had a passion for dance taking additional classes in Tap, Modern, Jazz, and Contemporary. Miss Georgia teaches our mini combo class.

Assisstant Coach (Acro Level P- Level 2)

Miss Emily is a student at J.M.Acrobatics and is in her first year of studying at Exeter college. She has been with J.M.Acrobatics since it first opened in 2018 and has made herself an integral part of the team.  She is a driven and passionate teacher who strives to pass on her knowledge and experience to those who follow in her footsteps. Miss Emily asissts with our Primary, level 1 and level 2 class and is adored by all her students!
